LumaBio Partners was founded by Joseph Emmott to collaborate with biotech companies, assisting them in attracting the right talent to fuel their innovation.

 

With over a decade of recruitment experience delivering a range of hiring strategies to the life sciences industry, Joe specialises in biotech companies within rare and infectious diseases, oncology, cell and gene therapy, immunology and CNS, across 26 countries. This experience has resulted in an in-depth understanding of the challenges companies face when searching for new talent.
